In just last few months the Vargas Girls Pinup Group has been recognized multiple times as a group and individuals across many events and projects.
Founder of the Vargas girls pinup. Miss Row Row has won numerous pinup crowns, has been published in number of leading pinup magazines, and an committed to the importance pinup can play it developing confidence and strength of women.
Miss Natalie Harlow is a sweet pinup that has won numerous crowns and has fallen in love with the creativity, power, and positive dynamic of the genre.
Amber Atomic has a get up and go attitude and loves muscle cars! She owns a manual Mustang and a 1950 Olds 88! She also loves to attend car shows, pinup contests, and help do charity work and is now the newest member of Vargas Girls Pinup. She has been a member of the pinup community since 2018.
Miss Mae Day is the amazing daughter of Miss Row Row and has placed in 2-3 initial pinup contests and looks to continue her involvement to support veterans and empower other young women.
Miss Amanda Rose has been enjoying the pinup for a number of years and has been promoting and sharing the joys of the genre now including her granddaughter.
Miss Lady of Shade has a son who is the apple of her eye and is an amazing ice hockey player as well!
She is mainly involved with taking care of the elderly and helping out in various charities throughout the Mon Valley Area.
She hopes by being a Pin Up Girl to circulate the growing need for the care of our Veterans of our amazing and marvelous Country!
You may see Suzie Q LaBlue, a lone pinup with her husband of 40 years, at SE OH car shows or whatever location her adventurous spirits takes them. Her interest in pinup began with a request from her husband for vintage pinup photos with his Big League Blue 1946 Chevy Truck. The pinup culture’s positivity, fun, friendliness, volunteerism, and encouragement led Suzie to travel several hours to participate in various pinup events over the last 4 years.
The Vargas Girls add the trifecta with the addition of Miss Firecracker to the group. The group grows stronger and more diverse ever year.
This group has been established to promote the genre of pinup, honor members of of military that have served and serve today, the spirit of the 1940/1950s and the empowerment of women. The group is open to everyone and designed to create opportunities for all members of the group to express and participate in pinup.
Pinup stands the test of time. This is a story & genre that needs to continue to be shared. Keeping the memories, sacrifices, and innovations of the greatest era alive.
The group has been formed to support many local events that are focused on preserving the history of our country, military in WWII, and the social influence pinup had on men and women alike.
The group also puts on programs and events to inspire women to learn the hairstyles, make-up fashion, and spirt of strong beautiful women.
